22 & 23 February 2010: Knysna – Lotus Studio

Deepening Your Awareness: This yoga intensive will be taught by Brett Wearne, a physiotherapist for 17 years and experienced yoga instructor of more than 12 years. The sessions will allow for a deeper immersion into your personal practice and will also introduce the Yoga Vayus. The five Prana Vayus (five winds) are subtle energies that correspond to and affect different physiological processes within our bodies. The Vayus, when considered together, are referred to as Prana, our vital life force.

Kundalini yoga weekend bettys bay retreat: The amazing and bountiful Hari Kaur is coming from New Mexcio, U.S, home of Kundalini yoga, to share her knowledge of Celestial communication and mala making with us. I am an experienced and qualified Kundalini yoga teacher and I will be holding the workshop alongside Hari at my Betty’s Bay studio, about an hour and a half out of Cape Town, by the sea. It is a residential retreat, so you will have plenty of time to do yoga and to meditate and to spend time with the divine Hari who used to make malas for Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini yogac at this residential retreat ashram style.
