17 April 2010: Knysna – Lotus Studio

Tibetan Heart Yoga: Time: 10:30-14:30 / Tibetan Heart Yoga has been practiced for over a thousand years as a way of opening the heart chakra and connecting directly with the divine. Heart Yoga is a practice which involves sending love, wisdom and compassion to a friend or family member. Asana (postures) open our heart chakra from the outside and loving visualization opens it from the inside. This practice will eliminate anger, pride and jealousy and replace it with compassion, love and equanimity for all beings. This workshop will be facilitated by Mark and Marloes Joseph. Marloes has been teaching Heart Yoga for 3 years and has been empowered to teach the practice by international Heart Yoga teachers. Visit www.tigerrider.co.za for further information about Mark, Marloes and Heart Yoga. Mark and Marloes teach this practice by donation, honouring their intention to spread the blessing of Heart Yoga to those who wish to receive it.
