Shades of Yoga – Umhlanga Rocks, Durban

A gentle yet powerful practice to access the stillness within. Shades of Yoga is a Yoga Teacher Training school offering Level 1 (200 hour) RYT courses accredited with Yoga Alliance. These courses as well as Yoga retreats are conducted at various locations around the world, such as Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Barbados, South Africa and more.

Tracey Rohan-Irwin is the Director of Shades of Yoga and together with her assistant teachers coordinates dynamic Yoga Teacher Training experiences. In addition to Yoga Teacher Trainings, Shades of Yoga also runs a studio in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks, Durban, South Africa providing Yoga classes and Massage.

Just as a rainbow is composed of various hues, so are we made up of different colours, facets, archetypes and qualities fading from dark to light.
