August 29, 2011
Yoga For Africa Teachers Training

Hello SevaUnite People

We are running another bridging course for yoga teachers and sincere yoga practitioners of all traditions. The course will introduce you to the style of yoga taught in our outreach projects and hopefully get you teaching in one of them! We will discuss the Yoga for Africa project in detail. If you have previously done YFA training with us, you are welcome to attend as a refresher.

The next training session will be on Saturday the 10th September, from 10h00 till 13h30.

Our main focus at moment is teaching 6 week courses in 34 High Schools on the Cape Flats, a children’s group in Khayelitsha, a yoga group in Masiphumelele, and Pollsmoor Prison. We are also open to ideas from you. For more information on Yoga for Africa, please see our website.

If you are genuinely interested in teaching in outreach and have some time to volunteer your time then this is for you. Booking is essential.
