Thai Yoga Massage Workshop: An Introductory Workshop

“Acts of Loving Kindness” with Jennifer Bovim

Thai Yoga Massage can be bewilderingly complex requiring many hours of training. However, getting to know the basic principles is easy and accessible to everyone. In this non-theoretical, introductory workshop, we find out how to use these principles to take care of ourselves and others in a practical, delicious way. Common problems such as tension in the neck and lower back can be alleviated to a large extent by simply becoming aware of what triggers them. Body awareness, one of the primary benefits of Thai Yoga Massage, is a key to health and wellbeing and is of great benefit to those for whom mindfulness/meditation has become a priority.

Regardless of whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or not, this workshop will enhance your body awareness; provide insights about your yoga practice and give you confidence in providing hands-on relief to your loved ones when they feel stressed.
