Panchkarma a comprehensive Ayurvedic System
Ayurveda is a complete education to a new way of living. Ayurvedic therapies, applied in the traditional Ayurvedic method, will impact and transform the entire being.
Panchkarma is a sophisticated process that includes specific Ayurveda and Sidha cathartic therapies to cleanse the body and sub conscious mind of their emotional and physical garbage. These treatments are body friendly and natural.
Panchkarma, a comprehensive Ayurvedic system, is used to purify the body and clear deep-rooted toxins. It consists of many forms of therapy designed to prevent or manage disease, restore balance and ultimately rejuvenate the entire being. Although Panchkarma is used to treat serious and chronic conditions, it is also highly effective as a preventative treatment.

About the Retreat Itinerary
The main goal of our spiritual tours is to give you time to relax and meditate in your own space whilst enjoying the serene quality of the Himalayas, the worlds largest and most spiritual mountain range.
Step 1 – Upon arrival a personal consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to determine your health state and to determine the needs of your body and mind.
Step 2 – Personalized assessment session with a Vedic scholar.
Step 3 – Introduction to yoga and healthy cooking.
The specialist team of Ayurvedic practitioners and astrologers will create an individual program for your stay based on your unique requirements.

Visits to different ashrams in and around Rishikesh will take place in the late afternoon. Participation in GANGA AARTI – a daily spiritual ritual of traditional songs and music. You will have an opportunity to meet many fascinating people from regular Indian families to enlightened masters and yogis. After dinner – we will do a course of various active and seated meditations as well as Yoga asana that are based on simple techniques drawn from the rich spiritual traditions that exist in India and designed to bring you back to balance.
About Ayurvedic therapies-
We offer a full range of Ayurvedic Panchkarma therapies in our center. Ayurveda treats every individual as unique.
We will select treatments that address your specific needs after an initial assessment by Ayurvedic scholars.
Besides all 54 routine Ayurvedic therapies (Massage, Pizzichil, Sirodhara etc.), we will also teach Active meditations such as Vipasyana, Aum meditation, Mantra meditation, Tantra meditation , Dancing and whirling meditation.
Yoga practices will include Disease based yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Yoga in air, Yoga mudras, Yoga kriyas and Ganges water yoga. You will be able to select from a range of Cooking Courses such as Ayurvedic cooking, Indian cooking and Gourmet cooking.
Other activities include: Home-stay with local village people, walking and trekking in the mountains, meditation on the banks of the river Ganges, learning Indian crafts or music.………..you are free to choose your journey!
