I especially enjoy reading articles about special events such as workshops and visiting teachers, but all the Yoga Awakening Africa articles are informative and inspiring.

I like articles that go into detail of a particular yoga posture; ones that give you pointers on how to improve postures you may go into regularly. So you don’t become complacent- there’s always room for improvement or an aim to more perfection.

I enjoy reading articles for yoga teachers about planning a yoga class and co-orporating meditation into the asana. I would also love to read on the relation between yoga and other sister sciences like tantra and ayurveda.

I think all articles are useful. I tend to most read feature articles especially re visiting teachers and their philosophy and perspectives, sequencing for classes, philosophy and yoga within.

I always look forward to read articles on paying attention in avoiding yoga related injury. This is important for new yogis who might not be aware if they are doing any postures wrong.
