  This 4-day yoga retreats with Brigitta Tummon are held in the peaceful setting of the Bodhi Khaya centre, situated between Stanford and Gansbaai. The course will run from Friday night November 23 and will finish after lunch on Monday November 26.

 

Brigitta Tummon is a senior Iyengar teacher. Her passion for yoga has led her to teach in various parts of Europe since 1979. She is now resident in Cape Town and is a former chairperson and currently teacher trainer with the Southern African Iyengar Yoga Institute.

 

Accommodation:

Bodhi Khaya is a peaceful Meditation Retreat set on 217 hectares of the spectacular Overberg region of the Western Cape. The area is famed for its fynbos – indigenous flora found nowhere else in the world. A great variety of birds inhabit this area – some such as the Cape Sugarbird and Orange Breasted Sunbird are only found in this environment.  There are Nature walks through the beautiful countryside and ancient Milkwood forest. Or you can walk the Labyrinth.

 

Meals:

Nina will again look after the catering; she cooks her delicious vegetarian meals with much love and creativity.

 

Prices:

R2400 or R2900, all inclusive, for shared or single accommodation

Please register and pay deposit (R1000), so venue booking can be confirmed, October 20  at very latest.
