Come and experience a life changing weekend of Dharma Yoga. You will never practice yoga the same again.

Intro to Dharma Yoga: Start the evening with devotional Kirtan followed by a Dharma Yoga class, ending in deep healing relaxation. All Levels.

Maha Shakti is open to a mixed level of students. This is a Dharma II-III class with direction and corrections given to each student according to their capacity. One is recommended to practice at their own pace, not push too much, and be at peace practicing either easier or more advanced variations. Class includes a Dharma Talk on practical and spiritual philosophical methodology, as well as classical breathing techniques.

Shiva Namaskara is a challenging and physically absorbing vinyasa sequence created by Dharma Mittra of all levels. They reintegrate the flow of prana throughout the spinal column, and facilitate the movement of vital life force deep into all areas of physical, metabolic, intuitive and bliss bodies. This promotes harmony within all these layers so a concentrated state of radiant health is achieved. Level 1 – 2

Maha Sadhana begins with spiritual purification discourse, conveying the ancient teaching into our modern lives. You will be shown how to establish proper placement, alignment, and the spiritual intention of each pose. In depth Shiva Namaskara practice follows including deep relaxation.
