We welcome you to join us for a seven day immersion into yoga and life in Rishikesh, India.

Rishikesh is a sacred town in the foothills in the Himalayas on the banks of the River Ganges.

This is an ideal place to deepen your journey into yoga.

Daily Schedule

  • Morning Practice (Asana, Pranayama and Meditation)
  • Evening Practice
  • Daily Excursions
  • Sacred Ceremonies and Rituals
  • Lectures on Yoga Philosophy, Psychology, Anatomy and Ayurveda
  • Guided Self-enquiry
  • Vegetarian cooking lessons
  • Optional Ayurvedic treatments and therapies (added cost for these at the Ayurveda Centre)
Accommodation and Meals

You are welcome to arrange your own accommodation or to select the accommodation option near to the venue which includes Ayurvedic meals.With this option, there are several price structures, depending on what you require.

Accommodation ranges from approximately $20 (USD) to $30 per day with Ayurvedic breakfasts and lunches.

There is a kitchen available to cater for your own supper, or you can have Ayurvedic suppers prepared for you, or eat out – many options available.

You will also be learning to prepare Ayurvedic food during the retreat, so you may want to practice cooking in the self-catering kitchen in the evening.

Rishikesh Information

Rishikesh is a sacred town nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas on the banks of the Ganges.

There are restrictions on alcohol, egg, and meat.

Drink only bottled water, which is readily available throughout the town.

All the retreat activities are included in the retreat fee. If you want to do any additional activities, like rafting the Ganges, or additional visits to temples and ashrams further away, etc. these can be arranged through reliable contacts in Rishikesh.

Good medical doctor and dentist facilities are available.

There is no malaria in Rishikesh.
